Your first visit, step by step

  1. Make an appointment

    Online via Doctolib, by phone or on WhatsApp. Please bring your health insurance card with you.

  2. Getting to know you and examination

    We listen to you and take a close look at your teeth and gums.

  3. Treatment plan and costs

    You receive a treatment plan that is easy to understand. Before we start, you will know what your health insurance covers and what you pay yourself.

  4. Treatment and follow-up care

    Step by step and at your own pace. Afterwards, we look after you with regular check-ups.

Good to know

  • Public, private or self-paying

    We treat patients with public or private health insurance and also patients without insurance, for example if you are only in Frankfurt for a short time. Before every treatment, we explain what your health insurance covers.

  • Pay in instalments

    You do not have to pay for larger treatments all at once. Through our billing partner, you can split the amount into monthly instalments.

  • Home visits

    If you can no longer make it to the practice, we will treat you at home or in your care home.

Do you accept new patients?

Yes. Simply book an appointment online or give us a call. We plan a little more time for your first visit.

Do I need German health insurance?

No. We treat patients with public or private health insurance, patients with a European Health Insurance Card and self-paying patients. We clarify in advance what your insurance covers.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes, for larger treatments. The instalments are handled by our billing partner and agreed before treatment begins.

What should I do if I have toothache?

Call us during our opening hours. If you are in acute pain, we will do our best to see you the same day. Outside our opening hours, the emergency dental service can help.
